After many visits to Dubai and seeing the low standards in the maid service market, our founders made the decision to form Howdra Maids Dubai thus setting never seen before standards in the industry.

The basis of this is quite simple , paying our staff top salaries, employing on correct legal visas, full training, excellent accommodation and benefits thus understanding the fact happy staff equals happy clients.

Alongside of this our founders personally travel to the selected countries to carry out the interviews using only government accredited agencies, a practice that is still upheld today and when they are not travelling you will see the founders , as well as their family members working alongside our office team on a daily basis giving support to our staff and clients throughout our company.

Today we are privileged to be associated with the UAE Government, Nepalese Government, Philippines Government and Sri Lankan Government. This has only been achieved by operating and upholding a fair employment system. Where as Howdra pay all agents selection fees in country of origin, salaries are paid on time by the Wage Protection Scheme into the employees bank account, supplying correct legal company visas, free private health care and providing  UAE ministry/ embassy approved accommodation.
